The Argentina Embassy will tell you how Americans can legally work in Argentina. They are the ones who process visas so they'll answer all of your questions on how the process works. Maybe they can give you advice on how to get a job. Try doing a job search online.

I'm in Argentina and I'm Argentino.

Just go to Ministry of Country side "Ministerio del Interior" of National Government. There is a campaign about making all the foreings who are working legal residents.
It is easy but bureaucratic.

Jobs? Well it is hard for Argentineans to get one... but easier if you are specialized. Use an Argentinean on line job web site to check what enterprises are looking for.
But in advance if you are good in anything you can find a job.
What we need is professional worked really committed and with knowledge.

miliscal123
you dont need a visa.
And you can get a job easily... if you speak only english could be a job in apex ...www.apexamerica.com
or another telemarketer jobs
or teaching english..www.iicanacordoba.com.ar
that´s it
if you speak fluent spanish you can get any job
but they are paid in pesos (1 dollar= 3 pesos)
if u want ask me any question that you could have

Argentina is like any Country. You have to do things legally to live and work there. The Country is in a terrible recession right now and they hardly have jobs for their people, So unless you have a creer as a Doctor or a specialty that they would use it is best to check things out before moving. ALso to be fluent in Spanish. Good Luck!

actually u don´t need a visa to work in argentina. i guess it´s the only country where everyone can work without a permit. regarding job opportunities, that´s a bit difficult since there are not enough jobs for argentinians so.... unless you wanna start your own bussiness.... or you know someone here. speaking great spanish is a must.

you need to go to the embassy and ask for a work visa. As per what jobs are avaiable? Well Argentinians have a hard time finding a job because there is more demand then supply. So do the argentinians a favor and dont take the little jobs that are available for them.
