The withe pages here in Argentina, are call Páginas Blancas but they´re inside of Páginas Amarillas (yellow pages). Click on www.paginasamarillas.com.ar and there you have "Páginas Blancas" is the second to the right.
You can enter the last name (apellido) nad the province or city, or if now the number enter it. First put 011 in the first space and the rest of the numbers in the others.
Hope this is useful for you!!!

You can try calling 110 from within anywhere in Argentina to locate a phone number as long as you know the personas name. If you are not in Argentina, try chcking online for all of the websites that list international phone guides. The Argentine phone guide is called "La guia".
