Not really sure, but maybe try serving hot drinks that you could put alcohol in. You could also serve hot spicy food cheap and then they would order your drinks to wash it down. I know I would. Hire strippers or some other kind of entertainment if it is in the budget. Take a poll from people who frequent the bar to find out what would keep them coming back. You could also do a bring in a friend and get a free drink, though you would have to set a limit You could also do a different drink each night at a cheap price, that seems to draw people in around where I live. Hard to get tourists in the beaches of Argentina in July... even in summer the water is kinda cold (not like the Pacific tho). Kinda like North Carolina in January...
I'm afraid there's not much you can do, maybe offer the locals two-for-ones if they bring a friend! |
