Hi Im wondering how to call my girlfriend thats in argentina atm.. and I cant seem to be able to call her she just gave me the phone number... anyone know how to call? Im in canada.. so how do I call? and how many digits does a phone number have in argentina?

to call to a land line in Argentina from Canada you should dial 011-54-area code-phone number
If you call to a cell phone there is a catch, let say the cell phone number is 155-XXXXXXX, and the the cell phone is registered in a city that the area code is 351, you should dial 011-54-9-351-5-XXXXXXX. that's mean,
you add a number 9 between the country code and area code and take out the two first digits from the cell phone mumber

If you want to call for free, you can download a program called Skype and call on your computer. I talk to my friend in Thailand on Skype and when I go to Germany I use that to talk to my family in the US.
