i think cordoba city. Cause you have everything here. If you want to go to Carlos Paz you can do it too cause it´s only 30 min. away.

cordoba city is almost well-secure. just dont be close to canal in nights. that'll be enough... i got bad life experience :) and carlos paz that i ve been there are good theatries(actors are from buenos aires). i can say there is safed coz turistic place. you should know cordoba city is student state if you dont go there in summer. there is not much of people. try to be not in trouble.. i cant say polices are great(specially if you are american. coz you know police is power in your own but their police not much :)... if you lived something wrong. calm down... and take it easy

In Cordoba, I loved Villa Carlos Paz when I visited a couple of years ago. It was quite nice, quiet, with lovely scenary and the food was also great. San Francisco is another option and even Cordoba city itself too. Cordoba city was declated "cultural capital of America" in 2006. Personally, I would chose Carlos Paz or Cordoba city, where you would have plenty to see and things to do. All Cordoba actually is a very safe place to live in.

I would live in Carlos Paz, it is a very nice and fun city to live in.
