I am an Argentinian with a College degree.Generally speaking argentinian colleges are better, but also depends on the subject.besides most of our universities are free (no fees except for masters degrees)

Well, a Chinese university made a ranking with the best 500 univesities in the world. There were 4 Brazilian colleges and only one Argentine. The best Brazilian universities are free too.
In terms of college the education is similar in both countries.

Argentine education is usually great! I'm not sure about Brazilian's ...but keep in my that if you're planning to come to South America to study, Argentina is cheaper than Brazil.
