In Recoleta there is a football bar (soccer) where every year they had a huge tv screen. If you don't have cable tv, then check this footbal bar in Recoleta or the Irish pub in San Telmo.

The Superbowl is broadcasted by ESPN to Argentina, so you'll just have to find a bar, pub or restaurant that has cable and is willing to broadcast it.
