Argentina has a large group of well qualified plastic surgeons (at least they don't get lawsuits for malpractice all the time). Also dentists are very good and cheap (1 Dls = 3 pesos) Don't tell them you live in the US or their prices will suddenly rise.
Example: root canal and a crown 200 dls.

Don't do it, no matter how cheap it is. Plastic surgery is something you want to do in a country where surgeons need to be certified. This is not something you want to do abroad.
