Bus Shuttle (Manuel Tienda Leon) or Taxi. If you are 3 Taxi can be cheaper. If you are 1 or 2, Bus Shuttle is cheaper.Bus Shuttle arrives to Retiro and from there you'll move easily by Subway. Don't change money at the Airport or change just the minimum cause the exchange rates are very BAD. Chenge your money in a Bank in the city |

In the EZE airport, after you pass through customs you'll pass through a set of double glass doors. On the left you'll see several counters with business offering private car and driver service. They are called remises in Buenos Aires. You can pick anyone of these companies, world car, manual tienda leon etc. The price to go from the airport to the tourist areas (palermo, recoleta, microcenter) is about 35 dollars, You can arrange the transfer and pay right there before you leave the secure area.
Under no circumstances should you leave the airport and hail a taxi from the curb. Many, many tourists have been robbed doing this. Taking a Remis from one of the private companies arranged inside the airport is safest and best option.
As someone else mentioned, Manuel Tienda Leon also has a shutttle bus that takes you to their Retiro terminal. The cost is about 12 dollars per person. However, unless you're staying at the Sheraton on Libratador you'll have to take a taxi from there to your hotel. Or you'll have to take the subway with your luggage. I recommend taking the Remis. |

The best way, really, is taxi. BUT, be careful of being scammed by the taxi drivers. Get a map and know the route you should be taking and make sure the driver knows you know. While we were busy talking with fellow pax, our driver took us for a ride around the airport loop before picking up the expressway....and the long way....needless to say, he got not tip. |
