Perito Moreno Glacier and Iguazu falls without a doubt! Although depends how long you have got as they opposite sides of the country!
Spend time in Buenos Aires as its a fabulous city- also depending on your interests (and age??) then party hard in BA!
Eat lots of steak and drink lots of red wine (unless you are a tee-total vegan).
On top of those then I would also recommend hiking in El Chalten, seeing the penguins, the killer whales and welsh speaking people in / near Puerto Madryn in Patagonia. Plus go see a football match at some point.
You will have an amazing time!

Unfortunately I haven't been to the south (Patagonia), but of the rest I can recommend the falls at Iguazu more than anything, they are a truly incredible sight!

el Iguazu and Mendoza. I visited the Iguazu and it was incredible. didn't get a chance to go to Mendoza, but my friends did and their photos were beautiful. skiing in the winter and bike tours of the vineyards in warmer seasons are definitely a must (depending on when you're there).
