What is a typical day like for a teenager in Argentina? |
I need information for my spanish II class presentation. I have to describe my daily routine, describe school, tell what I do in my free time, talk about the foods I eat and describe how teenage life in Argentina differs from life in the USA.
One thing is that I was not given which part of Argentina I "live" in. So when talking about activities if you could state a specific region(s) that would be truly helpful.
Any information would be helpful! |

English:
Hi how are you? My name is Ezequiel Gomez. I'm just a Argentina's teenager. well i don't know perfect the english's language but i'm try to help you. i hope that you understand me! right? My daily routine is:
I wake up 8.00 o'clock to the morning, i have to breakfast and go to the school. Then when i finish this activity (12.00 o'clock) i arrive to my house and i lunch with my family, i take a rest and later i meet with my friends we talk and drink "mate" ( it's a popular drink in argentina) and watch TV. In the night I'm practice soccer, later i dinner and go to sleep. In friday it's popular go to a disco. The main diffence between Argentina and USA is that here never the times are sure!.

Okay whatever they said is stotal and complete craaap!
naaa just kiding.
Okay, so the thing is, Argentina is a big country, like everything is different, it depends on where you live, for instance if you live in Villa Langostura (a town in Neuquen) of course that you're going to carry a completly different life from like, i don't know, say Buenos Aires (the capital).
In my case
I wake up at seven, arrive at schoool at like, say 10 to 8, i have a registration period then classes. until like 12 when we have lunch, (there on the school). Later two days a week at 10 past 2 we go to a field where we do sports until five o'clock
TADAAAAAAAA
one typical day:) |

Well im Argentinian and i live in the United States.
The kids here like all kinds of sports except soccer, American teenagers prefer to eat fast food (Mcdonalds, Wendy's, BK)
Argentine teenagers love their family and friends. Love to drink Mate and support their favorite soccer team (Boca, River, San Lorenzo, ect). Argentine teenagers usually have a high italian influence. So you see them speak with their hands. |
