You can go in BuqueBus and it takes around 3 hours and it costs like 50 dollars.
You can go via air, Aerolineas or Austral and it will cost you around 100 dollars. Via air it will take you aroung 25/30 minutes. Its actually better to check in the airlines web pages as there are several discount offers every day.
I've done it both ways, Buquebus was a rough trip and people were puking in the toilet all the time. Its much better via air, but beware of the several airlines strikes and the fact that Buenos Aires' airport has a radar which is not working properly.
