ACK! I think I know this one! Does it start with an 'I'?
Icagua or something like that?

Iguazu falls straddles the Argentine/Brazilian border. Although Paraguay is mere kilometers away, the unfortunate landlocked nation misses out on all the waterfall glory, and must instead settle for being a mecca of all things fake (trucho in Spanish). Jerseys, digital cameras, TVs, stolen cars, you can get all of this and more for bargain deals in Paraguay.

FOZ DO IGUAÇU borders Brazil & Argentina

Yes, it is Iguazu (although spelt different in Spnish).

It is the best waterfalls I have ever seen - it is incredible, so much beter than Niagra.
