Depends where , at north you will find tropical weather, and in the south is very cold .
In august you can still get some cold days but spring start in September 21 down there and from there will be warm and hot in December (december 21 start the summer)
If you are going to Buenos Aires the weather is like Georgia, but a litlle more humid and without snow in winter.
There are mosquitos, a lot if you are going outside , where are grass or water.

Hey There,
I've started using www.buenosairesstay.com for information on Buenos Aires and Argentina as its really easy to use and has good information. There is a whole section on weather and ofcourse it depends on where you are going to stay. As Argentina is a massive land mass that has semi-tundra climates in the south, mountain regions in the west, temperate regions in the central pampa region and subtropical in the north. So look at their site and health recommendations dependant on the region.
