Is it:

Como te extraño Clara
Junín 833 - Ciudad de Buenos Aires
Tel: 4961-6866 (http://www.guiaoleo.com.ar/detail.php?ID=1378)
***They have a yellow sign - you can see it in the picture at this website

If not, then maybe it's one of these restaurants:

The Grants
Las Heras, Av. 1925 - Ciudad de Buenos Aires
Tel: 4801-9099 (http://www.guiaoleo.com.ar/detail.php?ID=1642)

El Parrillón de Recoleta
del Libertador Av. 3880 - Ciudad de Buenos Aires
Tel: 4777-0825 (http://www.guiaoleo.com.ar/detail.php?ID=2586)

El Kosako
Junín 1460 - Ciudad de Buenos Aires
Tel: 4804-3527 (http://www.guiaoleo.com.ar/detail.php?ID=1379)

Whatever it is, I bet it's good - Buenos Aires is a diner's heaven on Earth!
