Hi. The best map of Buenos Aires is the one in the Buenos Aires Government official website at http://mapa.buenosaires.gov.ar/sig/index.phtml. It is always updated and works always fine. I had tried them all!
Just keep in mind that they in Buenos Aires they use the name of the street first and then the number (example: Calle 123) and remember these few words:
Calle = street
Altura = number
Intersección con = name of the 2nd street if you are looking for a intersection
Buscar = search
