I agree - unless you're working for the US embassy I´d suggest you watch in on the TV.

the only thing i can think of is the internet! why don't you try to watch it via www.justin.tv or probably a channel in youtube. since you don't have cable i assume the transmission in Argentina would be in spanish, and if you feel more comfortable with english then the best thing would be to watch it on the internet, good luck
