Go to "Juramento" Subte station (line D), then you have to walk 5 to 10 minutes by Juramento av. til you cross the railway (just in front "barrancas de Belgrano" square). That's chinatown.
good luck

Or take the train from Retiro, the Tigre Line that goes to Tigre/San Fernando (the Delta), and stop at Belgrano "C"

The neighbour-hood is "Belgrano C" or Barrancas de Belgrano.

Juramento Avenue between Del Libertador and 11 de Septiembre
