depends on where you live. West coast: go to Hawaii. Central or East Coast: The southern part of Belize, called Placencia, is gorgeous, and really quiet, if you like quiet. If you want more of a resort-type vacation, either Cancun or Turks and Caicos. Also, tthe Bay Islands of Honduras are beautiful and serene and quiet, with a nice laid-back culture. |

My favorite island paradise is the Maldives, just off the southern tip of Indian and Sri Lanka... it's literally Robinson Crusoe like... the blinding white beaches, blue-green shades of warm sparkling clear water, warm year round weather... no other islands in sight... |
