Sad story. I guess argentinean troops were not as good equipped and/or prepaired as the english and specially the gurka bataillons. I guess when you are freezing without the right clothing to withstand that climate, you haven´t eaten in 5 days and just have a stone in your hand to defend yourself bcasue bullets went out the first night, it´s kinda hard to win.

We didn't have good troops because they were teenagers that instead of going to school they were send to fight by an non democratic government. I don´t want you to think that maybe we would had won because, really, I don´t know and also I don't care, wars doesn't take you anywhere but death, but most horrible thing of all are all those teens that were dead and the ones that survive, did it, but with terrible consequences.

Argentina also didn't have the support of the international community. They like stability and the English are good at that. Argentina is not know for being a stable country, at least in terms of democracy, economics, and eliminating antisemitism.

Unfortunately Argentina also doesn't pay enough attention to its public health. It is experiencing a Dengue fever epidemic now even in Buenos Aires. There is no excuse for that.

They need to get their priorities straight.
