Porteños have this kind of "karma" about them. Personally, I have been 6 times in Argentina and I've found the people there to be fascinating. Some are arogant and vain but I wouldnt say its a thing about argentinians alone, there are jerks all over the planet. There are so many jokes about argentinians pretending to be God.... they are so funny but they are still and only jokes, not reality.
