Can't even say that for Philippines 5 or 10 years from now. Not even the Americans nor the French nor the Swiss can say their countries will be better or worse 30 years from now.

what was the condition of the Philippines 30 years ago ? I think it was better then , so it seems to be getting worse . If Philippines is to get better it must give the police tools to do their job , and the government is giving them nothing .

Dear friend, as these days are a global village, socially & a well as Economically.
Its like the Survival TV reality shows in which each team member has to push hard & take on responsibility which results in collective SUCCESS.
Same in our village called World(earth). One country losses another country can get effected.

About Philippines I donâ€™t know much as I am not from that region but I do know that Philippines has a large number of their nationals working in many countries. This may result in Brain Train & this experience could play its part in growth of the country.

Philippines will grow.

in 30 years, I see the Philippines as one of the Elite countries in asia, great economic status, disciplined and loyal countrymen, clean everywhere, Sufficient Education for everyone and 0% crime rates.
