Nope, US only attacks oil-rich countries. Nothing to do with Muslims. It just happens that most oil-rich countries are from middle east.
Meanwhile, Indonesia is oil importer now. So don't worry about that.

I must correct you that Indonesia is not a muslim nation. Indonesia is the most populated muslim country. That doesnt automatically translate that US will attack Indonesia.

I think America does'nt consider Indonesia as a threat, even almost 200 million of its citizen are moslem. Both countries have good relationship, and both countries need each other.

Indonesian/US relations are good. The Unites States provides military assistance to Indonesia, and it's in Indonesia's interest to maintain a balance of power in the Pacific as China gets more and more powerful. Hence there may be friction on the surface, but at the level of real power Indonesia and the US will get along just fine.

Indonesia is NOT muslim Nation. but we are the biggest muslim population country in the world.
i can't tell the future, only God knows..... but United States will not gonna attack without any legitimate excuse/s.
So i believe, as long as Indonesia practice their lovely principles (PANCASILA), everything will be great. No war or anything bad will happen with the United States.

I think that there will be other places to be 'attacked' by the US before Indonesia will be. Don't stress. With such close proximity to Australia, I highly doubt it. Indonesia would have to be like, out of control!

Whilst the current US Administration remains in power, and especially the current Vice President, anything is possible.
And for those who say Indonesia has nothing the US wants, you couldn't be more wrong, Indonesia is extremely rich in all kinds of mineral deposits, not to mention the black stuff.
However, they currently have their hands (more than) full in the Middle East and so are unlikely to try to take over 17,508 islands any time soon.
