In my case right now, I'm both. Because have the time in my hands yet I have to follow the clients' orders to get the job well done. But I think that I'm much of a follower, although I'm not good in being one. I like to learn things first and become a true professional so I can be a more confident leader someday.

a leader--
no matter what I do when it comes to a group or class activity they always vote me to be a leader. I am not braggin or anything but it always happen to me especially in team activities whether in school or work.
I believe my astrological sign (Leo) has something to do with it.
But I prefer to be a follower coz I am lazy! But then, I am a responsible person and when I am being chose to be a leader I take responsibility and work hard whether I like it or not.

hmm... I'm a newly elected union president (thru snap election) who gain votes almost 90% of my co-employees.

Whether I like it or not, admit it or not: I think I'm a leader.

And I hope, that I could lead them rightly.

Just am, always have been. It's genetic. :)

There is definitely merit in being a follower, but it just doesn't work for me, I get frustrated waiting for someone else to take the reins and lead the group forward.

I'm a problem solver, both naturally and in my career choice so I instinctively want to solve problems and to move things along.

I'm not bossy and I'm open to hearing other people's ideas and solutions certainly but I can't bear being in groups with people who can't decide where they stand on issues â€” people who waffle make me crazy :)

Once we have a direction I'm all for moving forward expeditiously to solve the problem

I do really try to step back and let others come forward to lead ... but sometimes it's hard when there doesn't seem to be any direction to the group/project at ALL...

In my next life I'm going to be a follower and a major slacker, they seem to have lower blood pressure and enjoy life more on some base level. I'm going to be a skateboarder and make "fun" a key feature in my life rather than responsibility and accountability. There is great appeal in that for me at this point in life

As a teacher, I have to be a leader or the parents and principal will seriously freak out. But I can be a good follower. Sometimes it is nice to just blend in and follow.

For a long time , I was a follower. I did not have much leadership in my family.
I have learned the hard way.
Anyway, I have learned that most leaders must have a sense of direction and purpose. How can you lead when you don't know where you are going?
I am a Supervisor where I work. I am real father and husband in my family. I have a wife who is willing to follow me because I am living and walking straight.

Well in school i'm a great leader well i do not want to be a LIER but thats who I am...Im also a follower to my friends that are girlss..of course to all of them...But it doesn't mean that when they say Jump to the BUILDING
My point is im a good leader and a good follower..
