When I went to the Philippines I tasted this Appetizer (i guess) but I really liked it...
I think its called Cheese Lumpia.
It was in the style of lumpia shanghai but a bit skinnier and smaller.
It was CRISPY on the outside but LOADED and OOZING with cheese on the inside.
That sounds like something I would buy and eat @ a Jollibee.
YUM! |

more native, something good. something unique.
Goldilocks and red ribbon already have dinuguan. and red ribbon is a sister company.
Puto and kakanin won't be nice since goldilocks has it already.
how about turon with langka.
bring back the ube langka pie.
and kamote fries.
also the gulaman-sago
and another one thing is the PANCIT MALABON.
since you already have SPAGHETTI and PANCIT PALABOK, how about bringing in PANCIT MALABON. |

Pritong galunggong is the quintessential poor Filipino's food. Package it with rice and a small serving of pinakbet, plus a regular Sarsi. The Jollibee Filipino Value Meal. I'm sure you'll make a killing in the tills, especially if you serve this in your outlets overseas. |
