From what I have observed most of the females do dress rather fashionably.
The men aren't so particular most of the time.
Even though there are a lot of fake brands (of rather good quality I might add) available, the choice of clothing styles and colours is amazing.

I much more like Old fashion Filipino dress than for now! because if you go outside specially Manila, you can see some people who wear Lacoste, Ralp Lauren, Levis or Guess! Modern Fashion in the Philippines sucks now because of colonial mentalism!

different people in terms of different levels (like rich, middle-class, poor) dress differently. so, it depends who you see.

Young, spoiled brats are fashionable. especially the ones who are in the Top A families.

Since Philippines is greatly affected by the fashion abroad, it is hard to tell if it is truly the Filipinos who are really making their own style. From what I have seen, they're pretty good with fashion--not so much with originality.

I can say morethan 70% of young filipinos are fashionable. sorry to say but i'm not a part of it... hehe

YES!....each in his/her own way! Most Filipinas do have sensibly smart fashion sense...and our men aren't too shabby either. And we do have outstanding couturiers in the Philippines and therefore, we do have a considerable share in the world's fashion scene.

I think Pinoys have generally good taste in terms of dressing, in comparison to their ASEAN neighboors. Pinoys prefer to dress neat,casual, comfortable and always appropriate to the occasion. Although sometimes, due to economic challenges, some resort to buying fakes. But if given enough dough, I believe, Pinoys will always end up with good clothes.

Well, I would just say that Filipinos can carry theirselves..no matter how expensive or cheap the clothing is, we have the ATTITUDE! =)

I think so. We are so exposed to NY and European fashion so we get ideas and actually incorporate our own. All in all I would say we are fashionable.

lol....what a stupid, overgeneralized question....of course if you ask anyone if their country is fashionable they are going to say "yes!"...duhhhhhhhhh...ask them if they ARE NOT fashionable and they will call you a racist....personally....the filipinas ive seen have horrible outdated choices in clothing....the whole overdone ghetto burloloys thing is so childish...how can people who can barely afford to eat afford the latest fashions in clothing??? just goes to show how badly filipinos prioritize...you people need a reality check...by the way, enna....you yourself have a very very unchristian-like attitude....if you cant handle opinions dont bother coming here
