Technically, You shouldn't generalize "filipinas" as a whole...
That's a little too broad to say the least anyway. I think all women have the tendency to be jealous in a relationship.
I am a woman, and I am filipino but I am not the "jealous" type. The only time I remember being jealous was when my boyfriend gave me a reason to be other than that I didn't care if he had friends that were girls, or the type of relationship he has with them.. just as long as he's faithful to me. It's all about trust...
I have all types of friends... white, black, hispanic & asian... and women overall... no matter if they want to admit it or not... probably all have the potential to be the "jealous" type. And yes... most do have a problem admitting they are wrong (for ur stubborn question)... |

Speaking from experience, there's no doubt about it. It's in the culture.
On the other hand, there's the filipino moslems who can have up to 4 wives and they seem to get along. I'll have to study the problem closer ☺. |

There are some who are jealous, and some who are not.
There are different types of Filipinas in the Philippines though. I'd say the Chinese Filipinas and the Spanish Filipinas tend to be less jealous, and there are some Malay Filipinas who can be very jealous... |

Yes, but not all. In some places like in the country sides, most of that girls there are some sort of jealous type. They still live in the time when "if you kiss them, you have to marry them". |

...women's propensity to be jealous has nothing to do with their nationality. i believe it's more a matter of personalities. i am a filipina and i do have a tendency to be "selosa" (jealous) - not because i don't trust my BF but more like it's part of making "paglalambing" (being sweet & playful). in a way, he likes it. i just make sure i don't go over-board lest it boomerangs. |

they get jealous bec. a lot of filipino man are womanizers so the filipina have this thoughts about their men. I was a little jealous person when I was going out with a Filipino because they seem to be more barkadista and have bad habits like drinking, gambling, hang out with their friends too much. So, when I started dating a white guy of course not the old one lol he was 21 when i dated him. I was never a jealous person. its different w filipino men they're more sneaky and womanizers most of it from peer pressure and they will never admit they cheated on you. If a white guy dont want you anymore they'll come straight forward to you lol. White guys dont like to waste time on women they dont like while filipino men wants to collect :)
PS.. not all filipino or white men the same...
But based on reality most filipino husbands have cheated on their wives also bec theres no divorce in the Phil. |

i would say yes because we want our relationship between our partner to be more private and serious and ofcourse we want it faithful i would say that's depends on what kind of relationship you have with a filipina.
if you are into a serious relationship ofcourse you want her full attention and not with the other guys right?

start thinking if she really love you
well i guess it depends if she have trust on you and your not doing anything there is no reason for here to get jealous
and if your doing something fishy or cheating on her well she got the rights to feel or get jealous ok
so that's all i can say well if you got filipina gf now! you are lucky keep her its natural to be jealous ok!

Oh my goodness YES! Thank God I'm an emmigrant. I did not notice this until I saw some other Filipinas living outside our country!. I compared them to Caucasians and yup we sure are different alright!.
Maybe it will probably take a while to find the right Filipina if I want to marry one like me.. *sig* |
