No, we're not. We are, however, very resourceful - we take shortcuts when we can; we copy (or borrow) ideas when we have to and we're tops in making "palusot" (alibis). But all these don't make us cheaters, unless you're referring to our COMELEC.
Welcome back, jharkem (aka "antagonist").....and keep your cool, anak, okay?

Guys, this kid is OK...he just wants our opinions. |

Oh no - not another one... Strangely enough, some cheat, some don't. Some Americans or Mexicans or Canadians cheat, some don't.
For your information, I live in the Filipines, had $10,000 stolen from me once, but have 3 housekeepers who have not ever taken anything and whom I trust 100%.
How about you? Do you cheat? |

not born, they grew up in a society infested with cheaters :( |

smole, garcillano, bedol and most comelec officials do not represent the filipino race. ** |

everybody can be a cheat regardless of his/her nationality...it's in the personality and not nationality... |

none of the above, but my motto is " its better to cheat than to repeat". |

Filipinos are not cheaters..... Filipinos just love to do short cuts.... |

No, we are not born cheaters or anything of that sort. It is only when we start to learn more as we grow up that makese us of what we are at present. And this goes to everyone not just Filipinos but all races. |

Born to cheat, cheat, cheat: no, no, no.

I bet you are one of those sour graping boohoos who was discarded by someone from the Philippines. I'm sorry for what happened to you and your ego. Now, quit being so obvious and go do something productive. <*-*> |

NO there are also filipino who are honest |

No they are not. They were, unfortunately, influenced by those who learned how to cheat. |

Cheating has nothing to do with genes and nationality. It is an acquired trait of any person (regardless of age, sex, religion, social status or nationality) brought about by his or her circumstances. |

if you're a filipino you'd know the answer =) |

Hindi ha. Only politicians are born to cheat. Now with a leader who is a cheater and a lier, what do you expect other people will say about the Philippines. |

no.
if you judge a nation of people because of a few bad people without really knowing the situation and the culture, then i would think (if i were to emulate your "judging ways") that all the people in your country are all born to misjudge, discriminate and generalize too much. |

let me guess, you got cheated on! you are generalizing by assuming that filipinos are born to cheat. sad to say, but every country has its cheaters and not all filipinos are cheaters. |

as if you never cheated in your entire life |

Very provocative. If you disgust the Filipinos in general about being a cheater then you're an idiot, be very careful when asking questions you don't understand first.
I assume you've attended school offering a GMRC class. Perhaps you could paraphrase this question and tell me your real intent and I'll answer it happily. |
