No. Not all women in the Philippines are like that. Whoever told you that all Filipino women act this way is one stupid fool.

But, yes, there are also these kinds of women in the Philippines, unfortunately. Many of this kind of Filipino woman think that foreigners, especially white men (like your boyfriend, I assume), are financially stable; therefore, making them suitable husbands. That's why many of these women can be found where white men abound. In bars, casinos, discotheques, night clubs, pubs, and the like;.....even in Internet cafe stations! Some of these women can get that desperate and run after white guys! There are even those who are really, really very aggressive and will do anything just to be able to bag a husband! For this kind of woman, a white man is the epitome of a family provider.

Now, it all depends on what kind of Filipino women your boyfriend might encounter when he is in the Philippines. If he'll hang out in bars and pubs, he will most probably come across these types of women. If he stays in the company of Filipino women who are already married or are highly educated and intellectual individuals or are into Christian and charismatic groups, this could help him avoid the company of gold-digging Filipino women.

Sex is easily available to any foreigner looking for it. Extreme poverty makes men and women willing to sell whatever they have to better themselves. Generally the only thing poor people have to sell is themselves. It is wrong for anyone to think that all the women and men in the Philippines are ready to give up their bodies to foreigners. It is just like any other society. Some of the women here would prefer to be poor than to be prostitutes. I use to be judgmental about the number of prostitutes here male and female, but you know I have come to believe if my situation was such that I saw no way to better myself as many of them do I might be tempted to do the same. A college graduate here in the Philippines may average around $300 a month. Prostitution or going abroad to work are the best paying jobs in the Philippines.

Not because of the stereotype you have floating around in the empty space between your head about Filipinas, their sluttiness, and their powers of seduction, but because you're actually demented enough to BELIEVE the garbage so much that you've lost your trust in your boyfriend's own judgement and intelligence. Girls who are desperate to get a guy are everywhere not just in the Philippines. Lets put it this way, if the guy really loves you, or IS WORTH IT then no amount of flirting or temptation will melt his defenses. But if in case he took advantage of any girl there then your boyfriend IS TRASH, dump him , look for a better guy.

Since your bf is in the Philippines I should say "yes" it is quite easy. Philippines is a poor country and many women there even young girls prostitute themselves for money and they are extremely good at it just to get what they want. Guys that are traveling should be very very very cautious about very friendly filipina girls. Yes there are many out there looking to fall in love very quickly with someone with a US (or in your case UK) citizenship.

If your bf makes it clear that hes got a gf there should be no problem.
