sadly yes, just like anywhere else you go to.

for there will always be the newbies, and the regulars, and the transients or the passers-by, the old-timers, the top guns, & then the loners & the rival gangs, each have their own space, their own limitations & their own acceptable ways of doing things during their stay here in YAP. & every new comer is always supected as a troll unless proven otherwise.

but wait, putting them on writing will make them written laws.

so, you just have to keep on coming here long enough to know all of them, but enjoying every moment you spend here is priceless.
