Yes, of course. There is nothing with growing a year older every year. It is but natural so why would I be ashamed of it?

Age is something that tells everyone how long you've lived your life and shared your life with the people you care for. It's an indication of how blessed you are with each year given to you by God.

Very much. And proud to say I am in my mid-50s. At least I should be thankful to have arrived at my age without worrying over health problems. And still feel like going on for more years, thanks to our laughs.

I am 61, will be 62 come January. While I feel my age is not something to be proud of neither is it something to be ashamed of. One nice thing about being older is it gives you a really good excuse if you forget to do something. You know "senior moments". Have a fantastic day.
