First off, those are not provinces, Luzon is the northern island and Mindanao is the southern, and Visaya is a group of islands. I have heard the most beautiful girls are from Cebu due to the cleaner air and not as crowded. I have to differ because my wife, the most gorgeous, is from Luzon, Pangasinan province. I know there is a difference in the girls looks as to where they are from, but it is not a big difference. I have been all over Luzon and hotties are everywhere. I have seen pics of Cebuanos and have many Bisayan, Palawan, and Leyte female friends with varying degrees of beauty. I will agree, these pinays are awful cute, no matter where they hail from.

hello..of course all three has beautiful women.im from visayas and many many girls here are pretty.in luzon there are more pretty girls there because their pop. is twice as many and all the celebrities are there,all the media its all centered in manila.in mindanao there are also a lot of pretty girls .philippines has many faces we have chinitas which are chinese-filipino..mestiza=spanish decent ..fil-am=filipino-american..and many more of course there are pinays who are pure filipinos..
so everywhere you go there are always beautiful women surrounding you in the the philippines..
