Try J.W. Mariott or The Westin Hotel in Bukit Bintang. There's also other places like Sunway Hotel, Sheraton Subang and Kuala Lumpur Hilton... They've got everything!

If you want all those facilities .. you can find all them in KL but my suggestion is you better stay in your country if you deserve just that. I suggest you stay in Kelantan to explore the real Malaysia.. It is the only state in Malaysia ruled by the opposition.. You will see the difference...

Hi

If you like to visit heritage site, mysterious temple, exotic beaches and beautiful parks and hills, Penang is a great place to stay. You can find good food, excellent accomodation, superb view and of course all the facilities that you've mention. Visit http://www.penang-vacations.com if you like to know more about Penang.

KL for city living , ipoh and penang for country living with nature

Say what?
then u should stay in the city, perhaps service apartments suit u best. They have those facilities.
check out The Ascott KL.

I guess any 5-Star hotels should have most of those facilities if not all...

A good place to start when you travel to Malaysia is Kuala Lumpur, or KL. A trip up the KL Tower is an absolute must, where you'll be equipped with an mp4 player to take you on a tour around the tower to see all the national attractions from above.

A great place to stay in KL is the Radius International, located in Bukit Bintang. It's located minutes' walk from cafes, restaurants, shopping centres and streetside dining, and perhaps a ten minute walk to both the Petronas Twin Towers and KL Tower. The Radius has a pool as well as wireless broadband access. We stayed there late last year and thought it was exceptional value, especially if you book through asiarooms.com. For more info check out the links below.

Another good place to visit in Malaysia is Melaka, on the west coast. A trip down the river to see all the historical attractions is a must.
A good place to stay if you're on a budget is Travellers' Lodge, a friendly backpackers with a rooftop garden, kitchen and laundry facilities. No pool, so you might be better suited to the Equatorial Hotel, which is well located and boasts several pools, a gym, tennis courts as well as massage and spa facilities.

Check out the links below for more info. Have a good trip!

There's some excellent tips here. A few extra things to help :

1. I suggest that you validate these by visiting the National Tourism Site for Malaysia via this link, and compare the areas that you might want to visit:

Malaysia Tourism :http://www.tourismrankings.com/Malaysia/

2. Compare the suggestions with this great online tool that allows you to sort by location, price , star rating then view the offers, descriptions [ including the facilities that you want ] and photos. You should find what you want with a discounts included. Last minute offers are usually better value.
Malaysia Accomodation : http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/Malaysia/

3. When booking make sure there is a customer service desk to assist in your home region - it helps. These guys also offer this : http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com

If you are looking at some place away from the city, Tiara Beach Resort Port Dickson, Pulai Spring Desaru, Sofitel Johor Bahru are some great choices.

E&O Hotel Penang is great. But it has no spa.

The Shangri La at Batu Ferringhi is overpriced and has poor service. But it does have a good spa, although it's expensive.
