Between MAS and AirAsia flight stewardess,which is more appealing or charming?

Both are considerably appealing and charming. However, there are several attitude problems with AirAsia staffs (not only cabin crews but ground staffs as well --- the ones I hate the most throughout my experience flying with them).

I'd say / prefer MAS stewardess because they are more cultured and elegant. Maybe they're trained to be so. AirAsia stewardess are quite on the aggresive / rough / on-the-move type / hype and chic. These being 'no frills', less importance is placed on extravagance by AA.

Physical appearance-wise, AirAsia stewardess, I think. They are younger. The stewardesses on the MAS flights I've taken were older and some were practically bursting out of their uniforms! Though they were more experienced, polite and well-mannered, they seem detached. Maybe it's the years spent on doing the same work that made them seem jaded.
Maybe it's different in the first class compartment..?

most of the airasia crew were an ex-mas cabin crew. i am very particular with hygiene so i would prefer stewardess serving me would neatly bun her hair instead of letting her hair flows freely over her face. I dont want to drink dandruff coffee. between the two, i will pick mas.

MAS - pretty but their uniform sucks..

AirAsia.. not pretty but red uniforms are attractive..

Lately I took AirAsia more often then MAS. In my opinion Mas flight stewardess is more sweet and charming. Specially when you are taking first class.

what a question, how about the stewards? MAS is more smarter in uniform but then this is a matter of design ettiquette. some other airlines employees are r.u.d.e and it is catching, why because you would think there is a slight chance of cat fighting going on, sometimes you see industrial relations breaking down between first class and economy, would that make them more appealing?

MAS stewardess are more helpful and sincere smile while answering any of questions asked. Just ask one of the Air-Asia stewardess where is the ladies room. She will just point it out to you without any word come out from her mouth. TRy it out.

AirAsia stewardess wear tight and short skirt but wears a jacket over the top. Not so hot.
MAS stewardess wear kebaya, which shows their hourly glass body. That's hot.

AirAsia stewardess.They are more abled and they seem to know their ways more than Mas stewardess.They offer a more complete range of services and are more helpful.
