Yes...you can bring a pen drive into Singapore.
However, if you are planning to download photos to your pen drive, at no cost. I suggest you bring a laptop too. Because, unless you have friends or associates who are willing to lend you their computer for free, if not in most areas in Singapore, they will charge you for the use.
You can try renting a computer from the business centre of any hotel.
