First of all, it will depend on your budget, if your budget is limited, it would be best to stay in an apartelle (ex. Citadel Inn or City Garden) instead of Apartment or House. Apartments in the Philippines usually require at least a one month stay. You can check Fersal Inn (2-3 star Apartelle), I do know they have competitive rates.
Citadel Inn: (63 2) 897 2370
Hope you find one...Good Luck.

here in the philippines the price of hotels are cheaper compare to other countries.. It is ideal for you to rent a hotel, its safer and clean.. Crime rate in the philippines is slight high so try to rent a hotel instead. .. Have a nice trip.. when you arrived here in manila, just ride a taxi and tell the driver to take you to a hotel.. they hav a lot of knowledge about that.. tell if you want it cheap or expensive... there are plenty to choose from.. God bless! |

How much is your budget? It is best to rent a condo in the heart of Makati or Manila. It is safe, convenient and much cheaper. I am a broker and have properties to suggest. Email me at rosanalic@yahoo.com |

It would be much better if you got a hotel room......not a furnished house.. There are VERY FEW furnished houses available to rent for only one week. And you probably would not be happy with any that do exist. On the other hand, you can get a very nice hotel room - even a suite if you want it to seem more like a house - very reasonably, with your choice of areas of the city. Good luck. |

It really depends on your budget, and the exact city where you plan to stay. I am a frequent business traveler and I know Manila well. You can email me your requirements, and I can have my assistant look for suitable accommodations for you. (elektra.cute@yahoo.com) |

I think you are better off staying in a serviced apartment hotel. They have everything you need in an apartment aside from just bedrooms like a living room, kitchen and dining room. Some also come equipped with DVD/CD players, internet access, safe, etc.. The bonus is some also have amenities like you would get from hotels like room service if you don't feel like cooking, laundry service, and housekeeping. Depending on what your budget is you can try Oakwood Premier, Fraser Place Apartments, Discovery Suites, or Linden Suites. Best to check the internet for best rates. Here is a website that I usually use for booking rooms: |

No one will let you rent a furnished house or apartment for a week. Most apartments requires you to pay a month advance and a month deposit so it would be wiser to go to a reputable hotel not an apartel (to avoid raids) |

whenever I want to buy, rent, or just read something, i get a copy of Buy and Sell magazine. They now have a web site and maybe you can use it to look for a house or something.
here is the site: http://www.buyandsellph.com/
Just a piece of advice, there are apartelles, good hotels but are cheap. These , I think, are better than renting a house. I dont think as well that you can rent a house just for a week. it has to be at least 1 to 2 months. most houses here require 1 month advance and 1 month deposit
good luck! |

It's not practical to rent an apartment or a house if you are going to stay in Manila for only one week. It would be best for you to stay in a hotel, a hostel or an apartelle. There are a number of such lodgings in Manila with reasonable prices. If you want, you can search them here: http://www.clickthecity.com.
Safe travels.

There are few places which you can stay in Manila area that are fully furnished. Please follow this link http://asiatravel.com/hotelsystems/mabini/index.html
My husband and I stayed here many many times and its well equipped but can I just remind you that this is not a 4 star Apartelle. I am recommending this to you as the rent is cheap and its close to allameneties. You can also try City Garden Suites, they have a furnished rooms but much dearer...Goodluck |
