You are making a generalization of Filipino women. There are some who are easy to befriend and some who will give you the cold shoulder. Anyway, as to your question...trust is something your girl friend will have to prove and for you to find out.

Yes some are easy to get and they mostly work the bars, etc. Girls in the Philippines are no different than girls anywhere in the world. Some are easy, most are not.
As for your girlfriend it really is up to you decide on whether you trust her or not.
