No country in the entire world would be capable of that, let alone one that has one of the fastest growing populations and a long history of sickeningly corrupt politics. |

No not at all. Even though there is alot of unemployment there its because of the population. Just far too many people for the economy to handle. But that doesn't mean Filipino people are lazy. Infact they are some of the hardest workers I've ever met. |

i don't think 0 unemployment is likely anywhere. |

impossible. Even at the height of Japan's economic success, it was only able to have about 3% unemployment rate....and besides at 0% unemployment, it would spur inflation as business will compete fiercely to get qualified candidates. |

It's a nice question. I even wonder if that could ever happen, it seems like a dream but I never thought of that... Just imagine if that would happen...
But today in reality, that really seems impossible to even achieve. I mean things gotta be balanced, when there's the bad there's also the good and that means there's nothing perfect(except God) which makes the world somehow beautiful. Everything have it's ups and downs, it's advantages and disadvantages also and I guess in that part unemployment will be always present here and that kind of thing seems hard and I mean HARD and IMPOSSIBLE to achieve. 0%... I can't seem to see any possibilities there, every country has its own unemployment rate too and there's not one in this world that could achieve such thing as that and if that would ever happen then I would believe really that is possible... If that happens of course... |

Canada has around 5% unemployment rate at this time ... are you expecting some miracles to happen anytime soon? |

oragon daa?

thats is very idealistic
not even the richest country in the world can do that
but same here, I'm hoping for that day to come |

I dont think that is achieveable anywhere! |

0% is not possible.
People get fired from their jobs, some quit, some industries have high demand while others are low, some graduates don't immediately join the workforce, some hope they can just avail of their government's social programs... etc.
The best in the meantime is to create an economic condtion where there is general demand for jobs. So, ideal target is 4% or below. 2% if possible. |

I think we can, if the government redefines the word "unemployment" again.
Last time they reported that unemployment went down, they changed its definition to exclude people who are unemployed, but not interested in employing themselves or finding a job.
Realistically speaking, 0 unemployment is impossible. If it ever happened, there would probably be a shortage in the workforce. |

that's a very nice idea but i don't see it happening. i don't know any country that has achieved it. |

That is possible and here is the solution the government discover since the time of the dictator. They are trying hard to send our people abroad. I'd guess when no one left in the island then we achieved zero unemployment. |
