yup. I can, but only with a NOKIA phone.

one handed txting without looking and the other hand at the handle bars of a motorcycle is the WORST or maybe "best' txting skill I have seen. Not recommended though!!!

yes of course! mastered it way back in 6th grade (i believe i was 11 then) when i was still in the philippines...

the result... wen to the US. texted too much. got charged over $600 in 1 month.. lol

The Philippines is definately a texting culture.

I don't text as much as I used to. I am busy and if I need to get some info quick, I just call people. *gasp* Call? Crazy concept, huh? I also email a lot so I don't have much of a need for texting. I prefer emails.

Nope. I can send emails with scarcely a glance at the keyboard, but txt msgs, no. I'm showing my age. I'm avante guarde being able to send emails to one or all of the senders!

my friend from the phils does and she do it while driving and her eyes are on the road all the time. hmmmpp. i saw this contest on tv and they had a contest of whoever can send a text message fast. and the winner is not fast enough compared to any pinoys. hmmmppp.

I can't text on a cell phone without looking because I would much rather talk on the phone than write - isn't that what phones are for? I could run circles around you with a typewriter, though!

OMG! So true! It's because Filipinos always text so they tend to memorize it. Yet, it could be impolite when you talk to others and when you are eating. It could be dangerous when you are driving. Even though you may be an expert at it, you should text at more appropriate and safe timing.

Yes, I can. Same thing as typing without looking the screen or just take a glance at it once in awhile.
