It depends on where you are. If you are in Tokyo, Japan you could fly to Beijing and back in just a few hours. If you are in the Philipinnes it takes 1.5 hours to fly to Hong Kong. |

It is dependent on where your coming from but even from the furthest point from china it would be possible, however, there would be little to no point in going since you basically will have to turn around and come back. This three day is taking into account of 72 hours and not actual dates the reason being is that from certain areas you would be crossing the international date line and that can really screw up your time table. I went to Korea at one point and I left there 10am Saturday June 11th and arrived in Seattle, WA 8am Saturday June 11th. Kind of boggles the mind don't it? |

depending on where you live, it takes about 18-24 hrs to get to hong kong, each way. flying time is 36-48 hrs and that leaves you about 24 hrs to get some where. you need to sleep, eat and to clean up. |

Depends on your route-are you crossing the international dateline or not? |

Yes, if you don't leave the airport. When I fly home from China, I arrive in the US before I left. The flight is about 11 hours, but the time difference is 15. When I fly back to China, I leave one day and arrive in China the next. So, if I left the US on Saturday, I would arrive in China on Sunday. If I left China the next day, Monday, I would arrive home on Monday. That's three days. |

I'm a New Yorker who have been to China 3x.
Yes, you can fly to China and return to New York in 3 days, but you'd be more tired than you've ever been in your life.
You can now fly direct to China via route that heads toward Alaska, in about 18 hours. You would have to board another plane for return flight as soon as you arrive in China. |

Depends on where you are at. If from the US, You would be able to... but what would be the point of that short of a trip? You would get to see only a few things in Beijing/Shanghai/or HongKong (depending on where you flew into) and it would cost a lot of money... best to spend at LEAST 10 days in China. |
