if you want a place here in the philippines, you can try baguio, sagada and tagaytay.. =)
if you want the beaches, go to boracay, el nido or siargao.

to stay in the philippines? thats how i understand yor question.. let see, how about baguio? camp john hay (good hotel & they have golf) --americans are into it. and tagaytay, so you wouldnt need to travel far. be at taal vista lodge. best place! |

As an American married to a Filipina I would say it depends on your BF. If he likes the beach, Puerta Galera or Boracay. If he is afraid of the heat, Baguio. If he likes nightlife and the bands, stay in Manila. If you hope it's serious commitment, take him to meet your family. |

Staying in a cool place is no problem. Once you check in at the hotel, there you will find coolness - the rooms are all air-conditioned, you know. Seriously though, I think Baguio. It's cold there. |
