Cannot laaa...if i dont take rice for a week then i would miss out on my ikan keli sambal, pucuk paku goreng, sambal tempoyak & masak lemak cili api ikan kering lohhhh!!!

NO i can't eventhough i now live in Oz, i live on rice. recently i went on camp and didn't eat rice for lunch and dinner on teh first day and teh following day and teh next morning: it was agonising torture..
i could eat other stuff tat matsallehs over here eat but after one day or even a few days i yearn to eat nasi lemak |

yes in fact i can. when the scale seems to tip the wrong direction, thats when i have to go rice-free. carbo-free so to speak.
