Must be playing too much computer game or sitting too long in front of the computer.
Go to learn swimming or gym or any sport that you think can help (football can be one). They will make you look STRAIGHT again. |

Were you always like this or did it start to happen when you got older, like in your teens? It's a good idea to have yourself checked out by a doctor first so you can rule out the possibility of having a bone problem that's making your spine bend like that. Then you are likely to have either a calcium deficiency and/or years of bad posture. You can ask the doctor if you need to take calcium supplements, then you might also try using a back brace to start gradually correcting your problem. There are lots of back braces and supports out now that aren't bulky or weird looking and you can wear them under your clothes so it won't be noticeable. Exercise is also one good way to start correcting your posture as one of the answerers suggested. And lastly, always be conscious of how you sit or stand. Always pull your shoulders back and walk as if you have a book on your head.
Don't worry, you're still quite young so your bones haven't set that much yet. It can still be corrected, as long as you do what you have to do diligently. |

Most people I know that bongkok at such young ae like you is usually tall for their age ...
If you bongkok at the shoulder only, it is most likely very difficult to correct but I suggest you try swimming to prevent it from getting old ... don't do dog style ... lol ... it won't help ...
If you are bongkok at the spine or tulang belakang, then as most answers said, you make sure your sleeping posture (sleep on your back if possible ... facing the ceiling and don't curl up like the millipide), do exercise like swimming, hill climbing etc ...
But of all things, you should seek an orthopeadic (bone surgeon) opinion as sometimes there could be other problems relating to your 'bongkok' ... best wishes and may you stand straight after this ... lol |

You can't reverse the problem but you can prevent it from getting worse. You have to try to make yourself in a "straight up" position each time you walk or sit. Sleep on hard surface and do not use "too high" pillow. Eat a more calcium for stronger bones. You need to start doing these now so as not to aggravate the problem. Don't let your friends bother you. It is your body that matters. |

1) Get a good mattress and pillow.
2) Get used to sit up straight.
3) ......
Sorry, that's all I can think of.
Maybe you can find more answers by googling 'dealing with bad postures'
Good Luck! |

Learn to play Gymnastics. I suggest you work-out on parallel and horizontal bars. It will do good on your posture and will correct your problem. Drink milk with lots of calcium regularly. |

Go and seek help from a physiotherapist and learn proper posture. avoid carrying heavy bags on your shoulders. use a trolley if needed (just like kids in Singapore schools - aged as young as 7 years old)
they carry trolleys consist of many, many books to school daily...so sad:( |
