most have black hair.
It really just depends on your family line.
Unless your entire line is filipino, without marrying people of other nationalities, expect to have naturally black hair.

my friend is half filipino and you can tell she is,
the only "nonfilipino"(i can't find another word for it) trait she has is that she has brown hair.

Sometimes, it skips generations. On my mom's side, our however-many-greats grandmother, had light brown hair. My me, mom, her sisters , my brother and my cousins all have naturally black hair. My sister, on the other hand, has really light brown hair. (my dad has black hair) Which is someone good cause I always annoy her with "we found you in a trashcan, thats why you don't have black hair like us." ahaha

Well, my wife has mostly black hair. Then she complains that there's some gray, and the next day winds up with reddish-brown.

Unless they have a substantial amount of foreign/Caucasian blood in their parentage, or unless they're albino, or unless they dyed their hair, or unless they're so old all their hair turned white, then yeah, all Filipinos have black hair.

Others have brown hair. I have dark brown hair. Others dye their hair in a huge variety of colors. Some have blonde if they're albino.
