Bukit bastos ka? (hehehe)
Of course they do, not all bald men are 100% bald they still need the shampoo and conditioner for the ring of hair that remains.
Even men that are completely bald will still buy shampoo and conditioner for other members of their family.
The only bald man that doesn't buy shampoo would be the one that lives by himself.
edit
no offence taken.

not in the Philippines evidently it's too expensive. |

Well im going to answer this as if I know but I dont because I have hair and well im not a man. But its hard to find a man who is 100% bald unless by choice (shaving) so i would think they would if they still have some hair if not then they would just clean there head using soap (i hope) |

Yes they do, if they have other family members. They buy it for them. |

Yes, more often than not if one of their scheduled chores is grocery shopping. They buy it for their loved ones/family member whatever the case may be. |

Been shaving my head longer than most of you have been alive.....I buy no shampoo......I only have two "combs" ....one at the end of each arm......
I am not bald......just aerodynamic.....
Over the years I have had many ladies ask to rub my head......I always smile and say yes.....as long as they let me rub the parts I like.....( never actually rubbed anything other than their hand) |

They might as well, cause their wives used to kiss their bald head. |

Yes they do. My dad is bald on top but he still has hair around the sides of his head that he needs to shampoo. |

I think that they do, if someone else lives with them. If they are completely bald, and live alone, I think they just use soap for washing the top of the head. |

I think that depends if they are COMPLETELY bald (as in 100% no more hair in their heads) or not... |

Yes. I agree with PC. They can still use it to some parts of the body with hairs. |

yes, they do. to keep that patch of skin smooth and shiny. |

I am bald (shaved to be more accurate) and I do not use shampoo. Shampoo is for hair, and I don't have any. I do use an exfoliating scrub, and that keeps my head clean and shiny. ;) |
