Yes, and they also have running water. What planet are you from? Its easier to find a hotspot in Manila than in most of western Europe!

Yes, they have internet access. Not everywhere, but most medium sized towns and above have it. I wouldn't say the broadband is fast (compared to Korea or the USA) but it's better than dial-up.

There are thousands of call centers in the Philipines serving America and other parts of the world... And I'm sorry to say they're all internet-related....

Yup. Since the early 1990's. Although not a lot of people have internet access in their homes due to a lack of infrastructure and high provider rates, there are so many internet cafes with affordable hourly rates.
