Not always, but it is very Malaysian and Singaporean too.
It depends to whom I am speaking to......lol.
But, I use it only in my dialect.....:~)
I don't use it in English...unless it is out of jest or something. hahaha.

You can't find it anywhere else in the world. Its purely owned by Malaysians. When I stayed in the UK, I missed hearing those tiny words which gives life to a whole sentence.

of course lah pasti tak ada satu orang malaysia yang tak guna slang tersebut...otherwise wat kind of a malaysia r u..

tapi tergantung pada orang dan context yang i find myself in...dengan mak i, i jarang guna slang atua cakap dalam bahasa...kalau aku cakap, mest dalam bahasa baku (cos otherwise pada pendapat mak how am i gonna pass my Year 12 Bhasa Indonesia ujian tertulis etc) sebaliknya dengan kawan2 i di sini, australia,, aku terpaksa cakap bahasa ingriss tapi more often than not ketika i cakap bahasa ingriss i harus guna slang kalau tak no conversation
