However, babies need breast milk far more than adults, and milk banks do not have enough even for babies. So unless you have a private source of human milk this discussion is academic. In any case, looking at all other mammals, once the young are weaned (age varies according to species but is usually the equivalent of 5 - 7 years old in human terms) they never again drink their mother's milk, certainly not as adults.

Fiber and more proteins are necessary for adults, with other vitamins and minerals used by human bodies also.
