at times, 2 heads are better than one esp during brainstorming and also when creative and diversified opinions, ideas and feedbacks are needed...
but who says two heads might be a cause for conflict... there's a term called mutual understanding and mutual agreement where both parties could seek a common goal and thereby arrive at a common solution where possible...

well personally i believe in that statement. conflict is how i see the process to be so ideal. you get to see both perspectives and it allows to be sure of what you are choosing and if you have the correct view. |
