No I dont Believe it because
1.No scientist can predict an earthquake at the exact day,place and Magnitude.A scientist can only estimate the Magnitude of the place where if it earthquakes.We dont have that advanced Technology
2.Look at the Number
July 18 and 8.1 Magnitude.
Its 18 and 8.1 right and July 18 is fullmoon like te December 26 of 2004.
3.If Jocelino predicted it.It would still not be 100 %believable.Maybe 20% beliavable if Jocelino predicted this.This man exist,you can find him on the internet and his Predictions,And Besides some of his predictions did not came true like the 2007 Tornado in Brazil

6.Their was this 3 minor Erathquakes that happened in the Philippines.The 2 was a 4 and 5.2 that happened in Mindanao this July 10-11
and one Just by Aurora 5.4 and i suspect if it happens it will be ni the Marikina faultline in Manila and Philippines is in the Ring of Fire.You never Know what might happen.You just have to be Prepared.

The possibility of a mag. 8 quake hitting the philippines is very true since we lie on what scientists call 'The Ring of Fire'. It is possible and it is going to happen one day. Tectonic movements are happening as we speak. Plates banging on each other so we must be prepared at all times.

I believe the prediction not only for the Philippines but global.
Recorded earthquakes increased yearly. Before, records reached 1,000, 9,000 a year. Now, more than 2,000 a year is recorded.

No One knows. Even if they believe it and its right, its only by chance that they are right. Nobody knows. What i do know is that there is a full moon on the 18th July just liek there was on the night the Tsunami hit Indonesia/Thailand in Dec 2004.
